EHCAC Administration staff oversees the operations of programs aimed at alleviating the causes and effects of poverty. Administrative staff includes all Department Heads which are directly supervised by the Executive Director.

Finance and Administration operations include accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and all other fiscal reporting functions for all programs. This department is also responsible for all disbursements and ensures appropriate maintenance of all financial records of the agency.

Research and Development department completes documents necessary to request new funds and works with Program Directors to request re-funding for existing programs. The Director of Research and Development in conjunction with Program Directors is responsible for writing contracts, budget modifications, and funding sources reports. This department is also responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting client and community demographical statistics. The Director also handles agency-wide public relations and works to strengthen collaborative efforts in both counties.
