Social Services
All services from our Social Services Program are available through offices in Sandusky, Norwalk and Willard. Clients may receive assistance with the emergency needs of food, rent, utilities or shelter. This assistance may be provided directly by us or through a referral to another agency. Our staff will work with clients to help obtain employment or educational opportunities.
Funding for these services come from the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG), Emergency Shelter Grant Program, The Erie County Board of Commissioners, Ohio Housing Trust Fund, the Norwalk Area United Fund, Are Office on Aging and the Erie and Huron Counties local Emergency Food and Shelter Grant (EFSG) boards, and donations from local churches, businesses and individuals.
